Ding ding ding… rang Awesome’s FaceTime. He was already waiting for his Sweet to call. In the last 6 months it became already a habit of calling each other a few times per day. He was still remember the time when they were calling each other once a day and even at the beginning once a week on weekends, but having hours of talking to catch-up.
Now everything changed due to being already in a relationship and secondly “thanks to” the situation with COVID. Already for 6 months boarders are closed and there is no any chance of traveling and seeing each other. Who would have thought that could be even possible… Yeah, it can be considered as strange faith or bad luck, but Awesome and Sweet decided to get best out of it.
So it was already almost 21 by Dutch time, it was exactly the time for Sweet to call. Without any doubt he answered the phone… For a second he was startled, then he started laughing out loud… ‘Wow, I see a ghost’, said the Awesome while holding hands in front of his eyes, leaving a small crack. He couldn’t understand who is this? This is not my Sweet, this is white pale face with wholes for eyes and mouth. The face didn’t give any kind of expressions, no smile, no wink or something. It felt like frozen. It was a first time for Awesome to speak with a ghost. ‘What do I want to ask? Not every day you have a chance of talking with a ghost. Maybe it can say some secrets. Probably it travels a lot, sees and hears many stories. I wish I could hear a few‘ thought Awesome.
‘Hey, ghosty! how are you doing? How come you ended up calling me? ’ said Awesome. The eyes on while pale face showed surprise and almost frozen mouth without much movement said ‘Don’t you recognize me? It’s me your Sweet’. ‘Ahhh’ screamed Awesome… ‘how is it possible? What happened to your face?’ Looking more closely he realized it was indeed his lovely Sweet in a beauty face mask. ‘Phew’ thought Awesome… ‘is it already a part of relationship that I should get used to this?’ He laughed….
